2022 Annual Report

Our Annual Report
The financial year to 31 August 2022 can be de-scribed as a period of significant change and bedding in new initiatives. The wool sector has been overdue some fundamental restructuring for several decades and there have been numerous calls by shareholders for grower owned consolidation. The Directors fully acknowledged this and delivered a merger proposal to shareholders. The December 2021 merger of Wools of New Zealand Limited operations with the Primary Wool Co-operative Limited owned Carrfields Primary Wool business was a major step.  Read about the first year of operations post the merger in the 2022 Annual Report.
